Vision care – the maximum reimbursement for the purchase of prescription eyewear has been increased to $300 every two years (pro-rated for other than full-time employees)
Eligibility for benefits has been improved as follows:
If you work:
| 40-49% FTE | 50% coverage |
| 50-59% FTE | 60% coverage |
| 60-69% FTE | 70% coverage |
| 70-79% FTE | 80% coverage |
| 80% to Full time | 100% coverage |
If you qualify for this “Better Than” benefit, your coverage will automatically be increased. Ex: If you work 85% of full time hours, you are now eligible for full-time benefit coverage.
